Chopped!-style Competitions
The heat is on as our chefs race against the clock to turn baskets full of mystery ingredients into one-of-a-kind culinary creations. Inspired by the reality TV show Chopped!
Gluten-free Baking
Eating gluten-free has made its way into the mainstream, but gluten-free baking is usually more challenging than simply omitting a few ingredients. Bakers will learn how to successfully marry the science of chemical experimentation with the art of preparing delicious baked goods.
Vegan (Plant-Based) Cooking
From mouth-watering entrees to savory soups to delectable desserts, you’ll learn how to prepare a wide variety of vegan dishes. You might even get ideas for giving some of your favorite dishes a vegan makeover!
